Emergency & Relief

Emergency Relief provides limited financial assistance and food items to people who are experiencing financial difficulties.

The service provides immediate response to a crisis situation for people in a way that maintains the dignity of the individual and encourages self-reliance.

The program may provide support with:

• Pantry Food
• Fuel vouchers
• Prescriptions

Appointments

Appointments are required or referrals accepted by another agency.

What to bring with you:

• your personal ID
• Centrelink card (if applicable)
• current Income Statement from Centrelink
• any accounts/bills or medical appointments etc that may have caused you to seek assistance from ac.care.
