FRC – Child Inclusive Mediation

Children often feel caught in the middle of conflict between their parents and that they do not have a “voice” about what is happening for them and what they are experiencing.

If Child Inclusive Mediation may be of benefit for you and your family and consent is provided by both parents, your mediator will complete a referral to the Child Inclusive Practitioner who will meet with each parent individually and, if appropriate, will then meet with your child/ren.

Once this has happened, the practitioner will provide verbal feedback to both parents, with your child’s consent, to your mediator and may attend your mediation session to support and help guide you both in your discussions about future care and parenting arrangements for your child/ren.
