General Manager, Corporate Services
About the Role:
The newly created role of General Manager Corporate Services will be a member of the executive leadership team and a key contributor to the strategic direction of ac.care. Working collaboratively with the leadership team and the CEO, the role is accountable for the success and sustainability of Human Resource, Information, Communication and Technology (ICT), Finance and Payroll, Admin and Facilities support services for the organisation.
This role will provide high level strategic advice and guidance to the CEO in regard to this portfolio of services as well as inspirational leadership and vision to drive innovation and continuous improvement to meet future challenges. The role will promote the positive development of staff throughout the organisation, building capacity and capability as well as developing a culture within the corporate services team of collegiality, collaboration and strong service ethic.
The successful candidate will have a very good understanding of country human service delivery.
You will have skills in strategic systems improvements enabling efficiencies and synergies resulting in cost benefits to reinvest in the community.
Tertiary qualifications in Business or similar required as is the requirement to travel to site locations.
